Grateful Last Friday is a time to come together, reflect, and touch the heart mind of gratitude. GLF gathers for an hour, combining a 20 minute period of meditation with a short talk, followed with reflection and an open discussion, there will also be active practice over that month as ones would like to participate in and share on the following month.
The ‘Word of The Day,’ from the Network for Grateful Living will be used to inspire our practice.
